Are We Limiting God and Why

Are we limiting God and why
Let God Lead the Way

Many of us at different times in life are limiting God.

How you may ask?

Let us delve deeper into the scripture, our hearts and minds and learn how we may limit God.

John 6:5-6

(5) When Jesus then lifted up his eyes, and saw a great company come unto him, he saith unto Philip, Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat?

(6) And this he said to prove him: for he himself knew what he would do.

Verse 5   applying to us, When Jesus lifts up his eyes and sees us come unto him, He ask, “What do you think should be done with this concern, situation, problem?”

Verse 6  applying to us, And this he said to prove to me, for he himself already knew what he would do.

1)Jesus will test us to strengthen our faith.

2)Jesus will teach us, that what we may think is most important in the concern, truly is not what is most important.

So this brings us to the question, “Are we limiting God and how?”  By assuming what is and is not possible, maybe?

The answer lies in don’t let your estimate of what can be done, keep you from seeking the impossible within our own mind.

God can do miraculous work and can provide.  Keep in mind throughout the pondering of these 2 verses, God already has the answer, knows the outcome, but wants to strengthen us through the test.

Be willing to keep an open mind, be teachable and learn.  One day we may need the wisdom we gained through these trials to counsel others.  The Lord can do great and mighty things.
