The Battles of Life When They Come
a) Remember when in a battle, don’t depend on yourself, depend on God’s mercy
Psalms 3: 1-2 Lord, how are they increased that trouble me! many are they that rise up against me. Many there be which say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah.
b) God is our hope, He protects us, stay focused on Him, He will restore us and plans our future.
Psalms 3:3 But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.
c) Ask Him to get involved.
Psalms 3:4, 7 I cried unto the Lord with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah. Arise, O Lord; save me, O my God: for thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek bone, thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.
Apply To Our Lives
God knows our battles personally, realize that we do not have to fight these battles, surrender it and ask God to get involved. He will work it for His good.
*Keynote* The way He fights battles, will definitely not be the way we would fight the battles, His way is best.
Prayer: In conclusion ask God to get involved in your battles, no matter whether they are big or small.
